  • Motorola RAZR to get updated to Ice Cream Sandwich in early 2012

    Mutricy mentioned that while the company's new flagship device was designed for Gingerbread, plans have been set to introduce the latest version of Android in the start of 2012, with a more precise date naturally on its way. Given past experience, however, it's probable that the unbranded version of the device will get the refresh ahead of the Droid RAZR on Verizon, so US users may need to exercise a wee bit of patience here. Angry Birds Rio for Symbian^3 now Available on Ovi Store

The much anticipated Angry Birds Rio has finally made an appearance for Symbian^3 devices, over on the Ovi Store. Just like the iOS and Android versions, the game features two episodes ‘Smugglers Den‘ and ‘Jungle Escape‘, with more episodes coming for it (updates are free) throughout the year in May, July, October and November.

“What happens when everybody ’s favourite fierce fowl get caged and shipped to Rio? They get very angry! In Angry Birds Rio, the original Angry Birds are kidnapped and taken to the magical city of Rio de Janeiro, where they eventually escape their captors and set out to to save their friends, Blu and Jewel – two rare macaw s and the stars of the upcoming Fox motion picture, Rio. Angry Birds Rio will pair the physics-based gameplay of the original game with unique twists based on the film.”
