• Samsung Galaxy Nexus with Ice Cream Sandwich hands-on (video)

The Galaxy Nexus (formerly referred to as the Nexus Prime) carries on the Nexus torch in spectacular fashion, and we've just spent a few quality moments with one here at the launch event. Design-wise, it's clear that the Nexus S DNA is here, though the rear reminds us most of the Galaxy S II. Those who abhor physical buttons will also be delighted, and while we'd gotten used to the whole Power + Home for a screenshot on the GSII, Power + Volume Down works just fine on this fellow.......

  • Motorola RAZR to get updated to Ice Cream Sandwich in early 2012

Mutricy mentioned that while the company's new flagship device was designed for Gingerbread, plans have been set to introduce the latest version of Android in the start of 2012, with a more precise date naturally on its way. Given past experience, however, it's probable that the unbranded version of the device will get the refresh ahead of the Droid RAZR on Verizon, so US users may need to exercise a wee bit of patience here. Clone Gadget: Sony NGP with Xbox 360 look alike knockoff in China

Posted by Mohd Khairun Nasir Saadi On - - 0 comments

NGP knocked off seem to be available in an interesting rig. Good 1GHz processor specs, popular Android OS but still WiFi, 3G and GPS seem to be sold separately. Kinda like an addon for the device. It did not released yet, the forums over on CnGBA are buzzing with pictures, questions and speculation over a new machine dubbed the RG or the ‘iReadyGo’. As usual, some manufacturer in China decided to go against the grain and release an open source machine this time, and even went as far as sticking in what looks to be a semi decent processor too.

The RG will run Android, though which version is anyone’s guess at the moment. The CPU is stated to be running at 1GHZ and though the actual chip isn’t listed, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was an ARM Cortex A8 since they are cheap now and still relatively powerful.

The screen is to be a capacitive 800×480 OLED at 5 inches across. The D pad looks like crap, so let’s hope they change it before mass production.
